2024 Atlas of Life photo competition winners were announced, featuring exceptional images of the Sapphire Coast's diverse wildlife. The competition's overall winner, Alex Metcalfe, captured a shorebird feeding on a washed-up triggerfish. The winners will be honored at a Science Week exhibition on August 14 in Merimbula, displaying the winning photographs. The Atlas of Life is a community project dedicated to documenting the biodiversity changes in the Sapphire Coast, NSW.
