49-year-old Tiffany McClure, reported missing from Tulare, was found dead off the coast of Morro Bay on August 5. Her car was discovered parked in Morro Bay on July 24, and no foul play was indicated. The Tulare and Morro Bay Police Departments are investigating, with the San Luis Obispo Sheriff's Office performing an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
