Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Deputy Randall Kelley fired for warrantless entry, excessive force.
Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Deputy Randall Kelley was fired after a video showed him entering a home without a warrant and tackling a man during a threat investigation. The man, later arrested on four counts of resisting arrest, was released and efforts are underway to drop the charges. Sheriff Gerald Sticker stated that Kelley's actions did not align with department standards and that Kelley's excessive force was not reflective of the standards he has established.
