This technology enables mortgage buyers and sellers to transact before receiving counterparty approval, increasing liquidity and providing sellers with confidence in price execution. The patent allows any interested buyer on MCT Marketplace to make an executable bid on any mortgage loan up for auction, expediting the process from months to an average of five days.
