Ires Reit, Ireland's largest private landlord, has concluded its strategic review without accepting a sale or liquidation of assets after pressure from dissident shareholders. Instead, the company plans a "capital recycling program" to sell 8% of its portfolio (315 units) over 3-5 years, generating €110-115m. Despite a 2.1% like-for-like revenue growth in H1 2024, the company faces challenges from the Irish rental cap.
