Brighton & Hove City Council approved a £6.5m restoration plan for Royal Pavilion Gardens, aiming to remove the site from Heritage England's At-Risk register, tackle antisocial behavior, and improve accessibility. The project, backed by £4.3m from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, will also integrate learning resources. Renovation work, lasting around 12 months, is expected to begin in spring 2026.
