2024 AFLW draft and trade dates have been confirmed: National draft on Dec 16, followed by a seven-day trade period from Dec 5-11. This is the first fully national draft in AFLW history, with all players eligible to be drafted by any club. A restricted free agency period and delisted free agency periods will also occur alongside the trade period and draft, with a supplementary signing period following in February.
