Körber AG and KKR's joint venture, Körber Supply Chain Software, has signed a deal to buy MercuryGate International, a leading provider of Transportation Management Systems. This strategic move aims to expand Körber's supply chain capabilities and offer a comprehensive, innovative, adaptable, and scalable supply chain execution portfolio. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
