US Judge allows return of QAnon Shaman's confiscated items after completing prison sentence.

A US judge has ruled that QAnon Shaman Jacob Chansley can have his horned fur headdress and spear returned as he has completed his prison sentence and term of supervised release. Chansley, who became a symbol of the Capitol siege due to his distinctive attire, had served his criminal sentence for his role in the Capitol riot and had his items seized by authorities following his arrest. In a lawsuit filed in Washington, Chansley asked for the return of his property. District Judge Royce Lamberth granted the request, stating that the government had not established that it still needed the items as evidence, as there was plenty of video and photo evidence of Chansley's actions.
