Ohio's Blaine Hill bridge on US 40 is closed indefinitely due to safety concerns over its deteriorating condition. Despite previous traffic restrictions, some drivers ignored them, leading to the complete closure of the bridge. ODOT is currently working on plans for temporary and long-term fixes, and has implemented an official detour for westbound traffic.
