Nebraska State Auditor Mike Foley accuses the ex-Rushville Housing Authority director, Krystal Freeseman, of forgery, theft, tax evasion, and embezzlement, involving $31,016 misappropriation and personal expense payments. The housing authority has instituted safeguards & a new executive director, and has forwarded the audit to law enforcement for further investigation. No criminal charges have been filed yet.
