2-month-old baby girl kidnapped in Fontana, CA; police seek public assistance. The Fontana police department is looking for a man called "Q" who allegedly kidnapped the girl during an argument with her mother. The baby girl was last seen wearing a blue onesie with a pink donut design. The police have urged anyone with information to call (909) 350-7700 or dial 911.
