Three individuals were arrested in Oconee County, SC, after a suspect pointed a gun at animal control, a deputy, and a veterinarian during a warrant execution for unsanitary living conditions of 50-60 animals. The suspect barricaded himself in his house, but surrendered peacefully as a SWAT team negotiated. No injuries were reported.
