Former TV host Andrew O'Keefe avoids criminal conviction for driving with a suspended license in Sydney after pleading guilty.
Former TV host Andrew O'Keefe has avoided a criminal conviction for driving with a suspended license in Sydney, after pleading guilty in court. O'Keefe claimed he was unaware that completing a traffic-offenders course for a previous offense didn't mean he could legally drive to a Service NSW outlet to have his license reinstated. Magistrate Michael Allen accepted his explanation and gave him a conditional release order of 12 months without a conviction being recorded. O'Keefe still faces charges for contravening an apprehended violence order and intimidating a man.
