Zomato's platform fees contributed to a 27% annual revenue increase to ₹7,792 crore ($1.06 billion) in FY 2023-24.
Indian food delivery aggregator Zomato collected ₹83 crore ($11 million) in platform fees from August 2022 until March 2023, as revealed in its annual report. This new fee has contributed to a 27% year-on-year increase in Zomato's Adjusted Revenue, which reached ₹7,792 crore ($1.06 billion) in the financial year 2023-24. The platform fee, initially introduced at Rs 2 per order in August 2022, has since been increased to Rs 6 in key markets. Most of the late-night orders originated from Delhi NCR, while most breakfast orders came from Bengaluru.
