76-year-old pilot D.R. Hill had a minor emergency landing at Livingston Municipal Airport due to engine issues. Flying from Baytown to Dallas, he landed on rain-soaked ground short of the runway, causing his plane to flip over. Hill, who survived with only minor injuries, including scrapes and abrasions, has had previous crash experience during the Vietnam War when he was shot down while piloting a helicopter.
