23-year-old Harold Mamuad from Kihei, Maui, was found dead in the ocean near Ma'alaea Harbor. A fisherman reported seeing an unresponsive man near the shoreline and brought him to the harbor, but life-saving efforts were unsuccessful. Maui police are conducting a preliminary investigation with no signs of foul play detected, and an autopsy has been scheduled.
