37-year-old Grace Mendonda from Charlotte, North Carolina, died after being pulled unconscious from a pool at 1701 South Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, on August 3. Authorities are investigating the incident, which occurred at Twilight Surf location listed on Google Maps. Mendonda was pronounced dead at South Strand Medical Center. Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner, Tamara Willard, is involved in the case. The Myrtle Beach Police Department is currently investigating.
