15-year-old from Breton, Alberta charged for stealing a yellow Mustang & driving dangerously in central Alberta. Police found the car but did not pursue it, arresting the boy without a chase. Motivation was believed to be reckless activity, rather than the common reason of using car for a short period to commit crimes.
