24MW solar power project initiated by AMEA Power in Uganda, expected to be the largest utility-scale solar installation in West Nile region. $19M project funded by Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (EAIF) and supported by African Trade and Investment Development Insurance (ATIDI). Upon completion, the plant will generate 53,940 MWh of clean energy annually, powering over 190,000 households and reducing 26,600 tonnes of carbon emissions.
