A man was stabbed in Watergall, Bretton, Peterborough on August 3 at 3am, suffering serious yet non-life threatening injuries. Armed police and dog units were called, but the suspect wearing a balaclava escaped. An ongoing investigation is in place with additional patrols, but no arrests have been made, and there's no evidence of a racial motive.
