The government's efforts include regular coal block development reviews, a Single Window Clearance portal, and the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2021. Additionally, the government has introduced a commercial mining scheme, coal washeries, and increased the Annual Contracted Quantity for coal supply.
