Heavy rainfall in Lahaul-Spiti district caused flash floods, blocking Manali-Leh highway at Zingzing Bar and Darcha-Sarcha police posts, with the Border Roads Organisation clearing debris to reopen traffic. Separate incidents also blocked the Sansari Killar Thirot Tandi (SKTT) road. No loss of life or property reported, and residents of Junda village evacuated due to rising Chenab river water levels.
