82-year-old Wilner Themoa, a French/Creole speaker with a medical condition, went missing in Reno on Aug 2. He was found and safely returned by police on Aug 3, having been last seen near 6200 Meadowood Mall Circle. Reno Police requested public assistance in locating him, and he was eventually found at Double R. Blvd and Damonte Ranch Parkway.
