44-year-old Sakender Kumar, a proclaimed offender in a 24-year-old murder case in Delhi, has been arrested in Bihar. In 2000, along with three others, he allegedly killed co-worker Ram Swaroop in a salary dispute. The murderers fled the scene, with Kumar remaining at large until recently. Delhi Police arrested him after receiving information on his whereabouts, and he admitted to his involvement in the crime. The other suspects remain at large.
