47-year-old Randy Beasley drowned at Hartwell Marina while attempting to tie a boat to the dock.
47-year-old Randy Lamar Beasley drowned at Hartwell Marina on Saturday after jumping off a boat to tie it to the dock and not resurfacing. A 911 call was made at 8:00 pm, and a remote-operated vessel was used to locate his body at 9:10 pm. Georgia Department of Natural Resources and Hart County deputies are investigating the incident.
