37-year-old moped rider killed in hit-and-run collision in Port St. Lucie. Man fatally struck by a black truck (Dodge or GMC) believed to be involved in hit-and-run incident on Sept 17. Victim transported to Lawnwood Hospital, but later pronounced dead. Truck fled southbound on SW Airoso Blvd. Traffic Homicide Investigator S.
