WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson unexpectedly appeared at WWE SummerSlam, supporting Cody Rhodes during his entrance. Anderson, a former AEW employee, returned to WWE to aid Rhodes, his ex-student, in his match against Solo Sikoa in a Bloodline Rules match. This marked Anderson's return to WWE after leaving AEW when his contract expired earlier this year.
