2 suspects, Nelson Holsinger (30) & Trentavia Lear (24), arrested in Richmond, VA for an armed robbery on Wernle Road. Richmond police officers and detectives apprehended them during a high-risk traffic stop at National Road East & Commerce Road. Both charged with armed robbery; Holsinger faces additional charge of resisting law enforcement.
