Political strategist Prashant Kishor, founder of IPAC, announced the creation of a new political party, Jan Suraaj, on October 2. The party aims to rid Bihar of JDU Chief Nitish Kumar and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, and stop migration from the state. One crore people of Bihar will participate in forming the party, and Kishor will provide suggestions rather than seeking a leadership position.
