A $2M Powerball ticket sold in NY matched all 5 numbers but missed the Powerball, winning 2nd prize. The ticket holder with the winning ticket, sold at Lucky Choice store in Brooklyn, also had the Power Play option which doubled their winnings to $2M. The grand prize jackpot was not claimed, raising the Monday Powerball jackpot to $174M. No jackpot winner has been reported in NJ, where a $50K prize winner was found.
