3 June: Abingdon resident Sarah Gibbs found dead at home with multidrug toxicity as cause.

Abingdon resident Sarah Gibbs, whose family raised concerns about her welfare, was found dead at her Reade Avenue home on 3 June. A post-mortem revealed multidrug toxicity, including morphine, methadone, and cocaine, as the cause of death. An inquest is scheduled for 30 October at 12:15 pm. Gibbs was unwell at the time of her death and not working.
