5-day Hwy 52 closure near Rochester starts Aug 16 for a three-year project to transform the I-90/Highway 52 interchange. Crews will install a culvert, impacting both north and southbound traffic. Detours are in place. This is the 2nd closure since the project, worth over $28M, began; it will replace I-90 bridges and construct a new ramp for southbound Hwy 52 joining eastbound I-90.
