Canadian Liberal politicians, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, have started labeling federal Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre as "weird" in a new tactic to discredit him. This tactic, which has been previously used by the U.S. Democrats, is an attempt to sway public opinion against Poilievre and weaken his influence in the political arena. In response, Canada's Conservatives have called Trudeau a "weirdo prime minister with weirdo policies."
