On August 2, Derwentwater, Lake District, experienced a capsized boat incident, which was resolved before emergency teams' arrival.
On August 2, Whitehaven Coastguard and Keswick Mountain Rescue teams were called to Derwentwater, Lake District, for a capsized boat incident. The teams were tasked by Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre Belfast Coastguard after a 999 call. However, the incident was resolved before their arrival, and they were stood down after being informed of the safe conclusion.
