39-year-old Sarnia thief John Loxton, with 101 criminal convictions including 45 for theft, has been sentenced to one year in jail. Assistant Crown attorney Michael Donald argued during the sentencing hearing that "enough is enough." Loxton has been sentenced multiple times in the past for similar crimes.
