17-year-old in Northland, New Zealand, impersonated a police officer by adding red and blue flashing lights to his vehicle and signaling female drivers to stop at night. Two incidents involving solo female drivers resulted in distress but no harm. The teenager has been referred to Youth Aid, and police hope the public can provide information on similar incidents by contacting 105 or Crime Stoppers.
