55-year-old man from Watsonville, CA injured by train in Shoshone, Idaho; struck while walking bicycle across railroad tracks. The incident occurred at US93 and Glenwood Street on August 1 at 9:56 p.m. despite functioning lights, crossing lights, and barriers. The injured man was transported to a local hospital and U.S. 93 was closed for over five hours after the collision. Idaho State Police are investigating the accident.
