31-year-old Jude West was arrested in New Orleans for a fatal hit-and-run incident on July 12th. West allegedly hit a pedestrian at the intersection of Earhart Boulevard and North Claiborne Avenue in his gold Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and fled the scene. The NOPD traced his vehicle and arrested him on charges of hit-and-run driving with death or serious injury and obstruction of justice.
