A woman died in a flat fire on Ongar Road, Fulham on August 1, with the first and second floors of a converted end-of-terrace house damaged. London Fire Brigade attended the scene with six fire engines and 40 firefighters, rescuing a woman but pronouncing her dead. The fire was under control by 4:47am.
