Glastonbury Marina (Seaboard Marina) was sold at auction for $1.3m to Newington-based Exclusive Development. Damaged by a flood in 2021, the marina lost around 100 slips and a dozen boats. Renovations are ongoing, with plans for a full-capacity return next year. The property was previously sold in 2021 for $2.8m, with the total auction payment, including a 10% premium, at $1.43m.
