Funko, Inc. reaches settlement on stockholder derivative lawsuits pending court approval.
Funko, Inc., a pop culture lifestyle brand, has agreed on settlement terms to resolve derivative claims in multiple stockholder derivative lawsuits. The settlement is pending final approval by the court on Nov. 15, 2024, with objections allowed until Oct. 17. The lawsuits accuse Funko of breaching fiduciary duties by making false and misleading statements about sales and growth, and failing to disclose adverse facts. The settlement includes corporate governance measures.
