Chandigarh-Manali National Highway closed due to heavy rain & landslides at 5 Mile, 6 Mile, and 9 Mile locations between Mandi and Pandoh. Debris removed at 5 Mile & 6 Mile, significant obstruction at 9 Mile. Alternate Kataula-Gohar route used for light vehicles. Partial reopening expected at 10 AM; Mandi-Pandoh highway affected. Road between Pandoh and Aut, Manali's tourism impacted; NHAI expediting restoration.
