12-year-old Maria Gomez-Perez, reported missing in Hall County, Georgia, was found in Ohio with Guatemalan national Antonio Agustin-Ailon, who allegedly picked her up after meeting online. Agustin is in Tuscarawas County Jail and will remain in Ohio as the majority of witnesses and evidence are there. Facing charges in Ohio for rape and interference with custody, his extradition to Georgia has been postponed.
