TVS Mobility Group and Mitsubishi Corporation signed an MoU to launch the TVS Mobility Mitsubishi Employee Exchange Program. The program aims to foster mutual growth and innovation, facilitate seamless cross-learning, enhance skills and domain knowledge, and share business management expertise. Employees under 45 years old with over three years of service can participate, engaging in skill development and training in the Automotive and Mobility sectors, covering areas such as auction inspection, service mechanics, and digital deployment in the Aftermarket business. This initiative is expected to strengthen the relationship between the two companies and contribute to the development of Japan-India relations in the long term.
