Suspect fired in Justice Center parking lot, deputy fatally shot him, TBI to investigate.
A suspect fired shots in the parking lot and entered the Monroe County Justice Center in Tennessee. A deputy confronted and fatally shot the suspect, who later died in the hospital. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is investigating the incident and will share its findings with the district attorney to determine if the officer's actions were justified. No other injuries were reported.
