Pakistan and Turkmenistan agree to speed up work on TAPI gas pipeline project, aiming for economic integration and energy security. Pakistan's Minister of Petroleum Musadik Malik discussed substantial progress with Turkmenistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rashid Meredow. The TAPI project, which will transport 33 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually from Turkmenistan's Galkynysh field, is on track due to support from Pakistan's Ministry of Petroleum and Special Investment Facilitation Council. A roadmap for enhanced cooperation between the two nations will be prepared.
