1985 "Monster of Florence" case DNA could potentially identify unknown serial killer.

New DNA from a bullet in a 1985 "Monster of Florence" case in Tuscany, Italy, could potentially identify the serial killer responsible for murders in the 1970s and 80s. DNA expert Lorenzo Iovino has studied the samples, which have not matched any of the convicted men or victims. Some legal representatives are calling for exhumation of a victim's body for possible DNA traces. Caution is advised as the newly discovered DNA does not match any of the victims or convicted individuals.
