Major insurance company awards Verint a $4.5m, 3-year contract to deploy AI-powered bots across its 3,000-agent contact center. The aim is to boost agent capacity and elevate customer experience across three business units. Verint's AI bots, such as Exact Transcription Bot and Data Insights Bot, are predicted to pay for themselves within six months and see increased usage over time.
