Kazakhstani and Congolese presidents meet, discuss collaboration in various sectors, and sign visa exemption agreement.

Kazakhstani President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced plans to appoint an ambassador to the Republic of Congo during a meeting with Congolese President Denis Sassou Nguesso. The two leaders discussed potential collaboration in various sectors including trade, agriculture, transport, industry, investment, technology, space exploration, and mining, and signed ten documents, including an agreement for mutual exemption from visa requirements for diplomatic passport holders. Kazakhstan will also offer to export grain to Congo and cooperate in mineral development.
